QUARTERLY PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (PM)
Provides for Quarterly travel time, labor and other
support expenses to allow a qualified field service engineer
to perform the full range of proper maintenance procedures
to insure maximum equipment performance.

What is not covered: non-maintenance parts,
working on shredders, emergency service calls, and labor
on part easily replaced by customer, any parts with
contamination or corrosion, failures due to misuse,
abuse, negligence, civil strife or Acts of God.

Customer Responsibilities: If the problem
has proven historically simple for the facility to repair,
(to be determined by San-I-Pak Service Department, i.e.,
the changing of a light bulbs, resetting of circuit
breakers) then the facility is obligated to perform
the repair with San-I-Pak phone assistance. The facility
shall keep the unit in reasonably clean condition and
perform routine schedule maintenance.
EXTENDED WARRANTY (EXT)
Provides a one to five year extension to the Standard One-Year
Warranty that comes with all San-I-Pak equipment. The Standard
Warranty and Extended Warranty provides protection against
defects in materials and workmanship only.

parts, steam system components, labor on startup, labor
on parts easily replaced by customer, unscheduled maintenance,
any parts with contamination or corrosion, failures
due to misuse, abuse, negligence, civil strife or Acts
of God.

LIMITED FULL SERVICE CONTRACT (FSC)
Provides for both maintenance and non-maintenance parts,
labor, equipment, tools, materials, etc. to perform all
scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance services
for San-I-Pak manufactured equipment. This does not include
repairs necessitated by corrosion, abuse, negligence, civil
strife, or acts of God.

What is not covered: cosmetics, shredder parts,
labor on parts easily replaced by customer, any parts
with contamination or corrosion, failures due to misuse,
abuse, damages caused by hauler, negligence, civil strife
or Acts of God.
