IN-SERVICE
TRAINING:
San-I-Pak will provide In-Service
Training covering operations, maintenance and calibration of the
equipment to all applicable employees on all shifts during equipment
installation. Typical In-Service training will take place during
the last 2 days of the system's installation. At least 4 hours
should be set aside for the in-service training of the maintenance
personnel. The operator training is usually completed in approximately
1 hour. Times for the training will be scheduled to most mutually
benefit the hospital and the training technician. Items to be

ONE
WEEK COMPLIMENTARY FACTORY TRAINING:
In addition to in-service training at the time of installation,
San-I-Pak will provide factory training
for engineers from the operating facility at our factory. This
is a one week long training session and will be scheduled to take
place approximately one week before the shipment of the San-I-Pak
System. During this training the engineers will be educated in
every aspect of the exact system which is to be installed at the
facility.
POST
INSTALLATIONS (Not offered on every system):
After the San-I-Pak system has been
in operation for approximately sixty days a San-I-Pak
Service Technician will return to the facility to complete any
minor adjustments that may be required as well as provide additional
in-service training. All additional operating and maintenance
personnel who were not in-serviced during the initial installation
will be trained at this time.

CHARGE FOR SERVNET EQUIPMENT PACKAGE:
San-I-Pak offers it's ServNet Equipment
Package at no charge. This system allows for remote connection
to the unit via a modem and includes: modem, data transmission
card, programming and phone line connection for remote trouble
shooting and programming updates.
ON-CALL
SERVICE PROGRAM:
San-I-Pak's advanced telemetry SERVNET
package that includes modem, communication cards, and software,
will enable the member facility to utilize San-I-Pak's
On Call Service Program. At the hospital's request a San-I-Pak
technician will contact your systems PLC from our factory to immediately
determine the issue you may be encountering. After analyzing the
condition the service technician will be able to clearly explain
how to correct the problem, or will dispatch a technician to your
facility if necessary.
LANDFILL
ACCEPTANCE:
San-I-Pak's success across the nation
has been attributed to working very closely with regulatory agencies
and especially those that ultimately work with solid waste. San-I-Pak
is the only manufacturing company with official agreements involving
approximately 80% of the U.S. landfills for waste disposal. Before
installing the equipment, San-I-Pak
will contact landfill personnel so they fully understand how our
equipment operates and the safeguards that are built into the
system to insure that only sterilized waste comes out of the San-I-Pak
equipment. Proof of landfill acceptance of San-I-Pak
treated waste will be supplied to customer prior to sale.

CHARGE FOR INITIAL SPARE PARTS PACKAGE:
San-I-Pak offers initial Spare Parts
Packages for its equipment purchases. These kits consist for the
most commonly replaced items used on the equipment. Having these
parts on hand facilitates maintenance personnel in performing
repairs on the spot as needed, saving down-time related to parts
ordering and saves the amounts spent on piority shipping for parts
needed in a hurry.

CHARGE FOR DEODORANT SYSTEM PACKAGE:
San-I-Pak will offers it's Deodorant
System Package at no charge. This system will help control the
odors associated with sterilization.

Services
SAN-I-PAK
MANAGEMENT SERVICES (SMS):
Newly established, San-I-Pak Management
Services provides medical waste treatment and handling equipment
with no capital outlay. SMS operates, maintains and services all
waste management equipment and performs all necessary quality
control and record keeping.
WASTE
AUDIT PROGRAMS:
San-I-Pak offers services to analysis
facilities waste needs and develop a facility wide plan to manage
waste. We combine a PM schedule on equipment with a waste audit
for waste procedures.
BUNDLED
AGREEMENTS:
San-I-Pak is the only infectious waste
equipment supplier with agreements with both WMI and other waste
transporters. If requested we could make arrangement to get them
involved to offer a Bundle Agreement to handle all aspects of
waste treatment and landfill disposal.
